The third installation was located in Tulsa, Oklahoma adjacent to the last surviving structure of the largest race massacre in US history - the AME Vernon Chapel. This installation coincided with the centennial event in May 2021 and was ended following a closing ceremony on Juneteenth (June 19, 2021).
